Terms of service
Last updated 4 October 2026. These terms are between you and Amberoon Inc. ("Amberoon", "we") and cover Ask Statum CU.
What you are buying
Ask Statum CU is a subscription to credit union analytics: dashboards, peer comparisons, a merger watch, an atlas of filed accounts, AI answers, and analyst-reviewed reports. A subscription is for one person. Do not share your sign-in.
Price, trial and renewal
- The plan costs $100 a month or $950 a year, per person.
- You start with a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and the plan renews each month or year until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a change reaches your next renewal.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a part period, but if something went wrong, write to us and we will look at it.
Invite coupons
An invite coupon gives the discount or extra time printed on it, once per person, until its expiry date. It has no cash value, cannot be combined with another coupon, and we can withdraw one that is misused.
AI answers are information, not advice
Answers from the AI assistant are built from the data on this site and are provided for information only. They are not investment, legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice, and they are not an opinion about the safety or soundness of any institution. Check anything important against the filing itself before you act on it. The assistant has a daily limit of 25 questions per person.
Using us from other AI tools
You can connect ChatGPT, Claude and similar tools to Ask Statum CU with your own account. The same plan and fair-use limits apply, and the tool, not Amberoon, writes the words it shows you around our figures.
Reviewed reports
Two analyst-reviewed reports a month are included with the plan. An analyst reads each report before it is sent, and we aim to reply within 2 business days. A reviewed report is information, not advice, on the same terms as everything else here.
Where the data comes from
The figures come from public regulatory filings made by credit unions, and from calculations we make on them. Filings can contain errors, arrive late, or be restated, and mergers change what a figure means. Our risk labels follow rules we state on the site. They are not ratings from a regulator, and they are not an examiner's view.
Using the service
Use the site for your own work. Do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, resell it, share your sign-in, or try to break or overload it. We may suspend an account that does.
Our content
The site, its design and our calculations belong to Amberoon. You may use what you see for your own internal work, including in your own board and committee papers, and you may quote figures with credit to Ask Statum CU.
Limits on what we promise
We work to keep the data right and the site available, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from decisions made using the service, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and for a material change we will tell subscribers by email. Questions: shirish.netke@amberoon.com.
