Privacy policy

Last updated 4 October 2026. This explains what Amberoon Inc. ("we") collects when you use Ask Statum CU, and why.

What we collect

Why we use it

To run your account and billing, answer your questions, deliver the reports you ask for, keep the service safe, count daily limits, and understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them. We may email you about your account and about the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics cookies from Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. Your sign-in also uses cookies to keep you signed in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the public pages still work, though some features may not.

Who handles your data for us

These providers act for us and may process data in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

AI tools you connect

If you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI tool to Ask Statum CU, that tool sends us the requests it makes on your behalf and we send back figures from our data. We see those requests and your account, not the rest of your conversation with that tool. What the tool keeps is covered by its own privacy policy.

The data on the site

The credit union figures on the site come from public regulatory filings. They describe institutions, not people.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as the law or our accounting requires. Questions and report requests are kept so we can answer support questions and improve the service.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop our emails, by writing to shirish.netke@amberoon.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Security and changes

We use the security measures of the providers above and limit who at Amberoon can see account data. No service is perfectly secure. If we change this policy, the date at the top changes, and for a material change we will tell subscribers by email.
